GMOU is celebrating its platinum jubilee. It is a limited company established in 1943, since its inception it is run by an experience Board of Directors. 11 Board of directors are selected by its members/shareholders which further Board of Directors selects its Chairman.

The tenure of the Board is 1 year. On another hand, company is managed by General Manager and Secretary followed by a team of more than hundred and fifty staff. GMOU is having its non-movable assets scattered in Garhwal region. GMOU is having own Petrol Pumps network in Garhwal Himalayas.
